How suppliers work with NPG
Every supplier file gets routed to one of two tracks, depending on what fits the opportunity and your business.
Track 01
Cooperative Track
NPG acts as the lead agency, running a competitive solicitation that tribal buyers can access directly. Best fit for suppliers who want to compete on a defined scope of work.
Track 02
GPO Track
NPG negotiates a supplier agreement directly with your company, which member tribes and enterprises can then access without running their own solicitation.

NPG exists to strengthen tribal economies, and that starts with who supplies them. Native-owned, tribally-owned, and Alaska Native-owned businesses are reviewed on a dedicated priority pathway alongside our standard intake — whether or not you hold a formal certification yet.

We verify your business against existing NPG agreements and cooperative contracts to avoid overlap.

Track match
Our team matches you to the Cooperative Track or GPO Track based on your sector and how you want to compete.

Onboarding
Once approved, we finalize your agreement and make you visible to member tribes and enterprises.
